Refund & Cancellation Policy

greenLightScore subscription fees (monthly and annual) are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or stated otherwise below. This includes partial months, unused reports, and unused portions of an annual plan.

Except as required by non-waivable law, subscription payments, partial billing periods, and unused credits or features are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not reverse charges already incurred. If Black Heron terminates your subscription without cause and without fault attributable to you, we will issue a prorated refund of prepaid fees for the remaining full months of your then-current paid period. No refund is issued where termination results from a breach of the Terms of Service, fraud, abuse, or another cause attributable to you.

Refunds, withdrawal rights, cancellation rights, and remedies for non-conforming digital services are governed by the mandatory consumer law applicable to you. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current paid period; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until the period ends.

To cancel: go to your Billing page and click Open Stripe billing portal. From the portal you can cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices. You can also cancel by emailing office@greenLightScore.com.

If you are a Consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under applicable consumer protection law, starting from the date your contract is concluded. This right may be lost once the Service has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal rights may be lost once performance starts. To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to office@greenLightScore.com within 14 days of purchase. A model withdrawal form is available in our Terms of Service, Appendix A — using that form is not mandatory.

If you are a Consumer resident in the UK, your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law are unaffected by this policy.
