greenLightScore is an online tool that generates product viability estimates (greenLightScores, financial projections, creative angles, and related signals) based on the information you provide and general software assumptions.

greenLightScore does not provide, and its outputs must not be treated as:

• Legal advice
• Tax, VAT, customs, or accounting advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Product safety, certification, or regulatory advice
• Advertising, marketing, or platform compliance advice
• Import/export or marketplace policy advice
• A guarantee of commercial success of any kind

We do not guarantee sales, profit, ROAS, conversion rates, supplier performance, ad-account approval, marketplace approval, chargeback outcomes, or that any product is legal, safe, or compliant in your jurisdiction. Market conditions, platform policies, and supplier behaviour change quickly and unpredictably. A high greenLightScore does not mean a product is safe, lawful, or guaranteed to succeed; a low score does not mean a product cannot succeed.

Before spending money based on any greenLightScore output, you are responsible for verifying:

• Product legality, safety, and certification requirements
• Intellectual property, trademark, and patent rights
• Supplier reliability, lead times, and quality
• Advertising rules and platform policies (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Marketplace, payment processor, and chargeback rules
• Tax, VAT, sales tax, and duty obligations
• Import/export and customs requirements
• Consumer protection and refund/return rules
• Actual COGS, shipping, fulfilment, and operating costs

If you are a Business Customer, this verification responsibility is your sole responsibility, and you should perform independent due diligence rather than relying on greenLightScore as your only decision-making source.

If you are a Consumer, you should use reasonable care and should not treat any output as professional advice or a guarantee. Nothing in this Notice transfers to you a responsibility that applicable consumer protection law places on Black Heron.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Heron Enterprise LLC and greenLightScore are not responsible for failed launches, advertising losses, supplier problems, marketplace bans, chargebacks, IP disputes, legal claims, tax errors, regulatory penalties, or any business, financial, or reputational loss arising from a Business Customer's use of the Service. Black Heron's aggregate liability to a Business Customer is limited as set out in the Terms of Service, Section 40.

Nothing in this Notice excludes or limits liability or remedies to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law. Any permitted limitation is interpreted narrowly and does not affect mandatory rights relating to non-conforming digital services, fraudulent or misleading conduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
